I have been a fan of Science Fiction since I was around six years old. It all started with Star Trek reruns. But I really got “into” Science Fiction about five years ago when I read “The World Inside” by Robert Silverberg. From there it’s been an absolutley mind-boggling ride. I even dabble in writing Science Fiction.

I am a fan of pure Science Fiction–things based on actual scientific possibilities. No fluffy Fantasy allowed. Though, some speculation is good–that’s what Science Fiction is all about.

I watch Science Fiction TV shows and movies and love reading Science Fiction books and short stories. My favs include: Star Trek(all) and both Stargates. My fave authors are Robert Silverberg, Robert Heinlien, Orson Scott Card, to name a few.

My intention with this blog is to open dialogs with like-minded SF fans and maybe even begin some friendships.
